 Shipping Policy

Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail from San Francisco, California at a flat rate of $3.99 (for items under 16 oz.) and arrive within 3-7 business days to their respective destination in the continental United States.

Outside of the U.S., shipping times vary between 2-3 weeks on average. We ship most items within 1 business day of receiving the order. An international shipping flat rate fee of $19.99 is applied to all orders under 16 oz.

Faster shipping methods are available for U.S. shoppers via USPS Priority, which generally delivers orders between 1-3 business days. Priority shipment is placed at a premium of $30 per order.

Returns

Returns are accepted under reasonable circumstances within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Buyers pay for return shipping via their preferred shipping method. Items that arrive damaged can also be replaced without further shipping charges, if we are notified within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will refund users in the amount of the item(s) being returned. We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
