BMP280 Pressure and Temperature Sensor
BMP280 Pressure and Temperature Sensor
The BMP280 is a high resolution temperature and pressure sensor that is great for wireless sensor networks due to its slim profile and low power consumption. The BMP280 can also be used to approximate changes in altitude using the hypsometric equation, which is calculable to a great degree of accuracy with the high precision measurement of atmospheric pressures and ambient temperatures. The BMP280 has been used in a wide range of projects such as: altitude tracking, internet of things (IoT) indoor temperature monitoring, and temperature and pressure sensing for ambient conditions for flow measurement. The BMP280 is the perfect sensor for getting started with Arduino or monitoring indoor or outdoor weather conditions.
